Mindful Painting

Join me for a morning of creative meditation. I will start the morning at this beautiful hotel in the Cotswolds with a short breathwork session, followed by a mindful walk in nature before guiding guests through a botanical painting class where you will learn sketching and painting techniques.

Botanical Watercolour &
Creative Wellness Workshop

I am delighted to partner with The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation where I will host a workshop inspired by the restorative powers of nature at the Mall Galleries in London.
​
Beginning with a Wonder Walk in St James Park, we will then head back to the Mall Galleries for a botanical painting and watercolour class that will encourage you to slow down, reconnect with nature and develop new creative skills.
