Botanical Painting Workshop

Monday 22nd September at Soho Farmhouse

Take a mindful tour with me around the Soho Farmhouse walled garden before picking some flowers or vegetables to paint. I will then guide you to create your own masterpiece from composition to drawing, shading, use of colour and painting techniques.
All levels welcome

I am running breathwork workshops throughout the year in the beautiful setting of Thyme in the Cotswolds. I use all my experience as a wellbeing editor and breathwork coach to offer techniques for managing stress and overwhelm in an increasingly frazzled world.

I am very excited that Edward Bulmer Natural Paint will be hosting my debut exhibition, FLOWER POWER at their beautiful new showroom from 15th-27th September.

Within this collection of over 25 original paintings, all painted on a backdrop of Edward Bulmer's beautiful paints, I have explored the symbolism of flowers and their meaning. Each painting becomes a remedy for modern life.
